Admin Post: Minn-StF Annual Meeting, 21 March 2020

What with the pandemic, we will have a remote connection available for the business meeting portion of the annual meeting ("voting meeting") tomorrow. As per board decision today, anyone who connects will be counted as attending for 2021 voting purposes. (This policy is a one-time decision for tomorrow for now, but we plan to revisit remote-attendance policies in general soon.)
Attendance in person (Scott and Irene's, 3928 11th Ave S, Mpls) is also still possible.
The business meeting will be at 6:30pm (instead of being the traditional "whenever the votes are counted"). To connect, install Zoom (http://zoom.us) and go to https://maryville.zoom.us/j/995824329. You can also enter the meeting ID by hand: 995 824 329.
